About Me
I'm a senior yoga teacher with over nine years of teaching experience, based by the sea in West Sussex. With more than 25 years of personal practice in yoga, breathwork, somatics, and meditation, these holistic tools have been the foundation of my health and wellbeing throughout life.
I teach because I’ve experienced firsthand the profound benefits of living with greater ease and comfort. Yoga has supported me through reduced pain, increased mobility, and quicker recovery-allowing me to explore movement and sport in ways that have enhanced both performance and enjoyment.
Today, I bring together the breadth of my training into a practice that’s accessible, easy to follow, and deeply nourishing. I'm passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where you can feel at ease and explore your practice in a way that feels right for you-moment by moment.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I teach with sensitivity, care, and respect. I'm currently expanding my work through a coaching certification in Somatics for Women, and I’m excited to offer even deeper support for those seeking greater connection, freedom, and wholeness in their lives.
