A senior yoga teacher based by the sea in West Sussex, teaching since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, and meditation, this work is informed by a broad and well-established foundation of holistic practice.
Teaching focuses on supporting efficient movement, joint health, long-term physical resilience, and mental wellbeing. Sessions are particularly beneficial for sports recovery, improved mechanics, and developing strength and mobility that support both performance and longevity, while also enhancing nervous system balance and mental resilience.
An accessible and considered approach brings clarity and depth to each session, offering a supportive environment where clients can explore movement with confidence and care, tailored to individual needs and goals.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, all sessions are guided with sensitivity, professionalism, and respect.
