Hi, I’m Faye - a senior yoga teacher and passionate advocate for mindful movement. I offer tailored one-to-one sessions and small group sessions, designed to meet you exactly where you are and support your individual goals.

Sessions are personalised to help you:

• Build joint strength, stability, and long-term resilience
• Improve movement mechanics and refine movement patterns
• Enhance mobility and flexibility for easier, safer movement
• Recover physically and support ongoing performance
• Support mental resilience and nervous system balance
• Explore alignment, posture, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement

All sessions are delivered through a trauma-informed, inclusive approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
