This 7 day elemental journey is a simple yet deeply expansive exploration into the process of how to meet your needs. This safe and accessible space gently offers practices in a way where body, mind and breath instinctively feel held.
Meeting curiosity with compassion, exploration with expansion and intention with internal shifts. We start to untangle the inner processes of our being with scientifically proven bottom up somatic practices, breath work, mindful movement, yoga asana and mediation to bringing about greater internal awareness (interoception), self awareness and self compassion.
Each day offers a brand new theme allowing you a full experience and ultimately a practice you can repeat over and over leading to more impactful and sustained change.
Your commitment will be approximately 30 minutes each day with an option to extend the re-calibrating of your nervous system by continuing the restorative relaxation at the end of each session, if desired and journaling to keep track of how you feel day to day and your experience.
If you are ready to support your healing journey then please feel welcomed to join me on this experiential course. There is no need for Yoga, meditation or breathwork experience, as you will be working with exactly where you are in that moment.
This course can also be run without yoga equipment, but cushions, a blanket and comfortable clothing may enhance your experience. All that is required is a small space to sit on the ground and lay flat on the floor.
